HOW DO I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION/PLAN?
Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Under the Change Plan section, select the plan you wish to change to. A dialogue box will confirm the amount due. If you choose to upgrade your plan, we will charge your credit card only for the remaining days in the billing period at the new plan rate.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Under the My Details section, type your new email address and click ‘Update Details’.
WHY DOES MY ACCOUNT SAY OVERDUE?
It's possible we were unsuccessfully able to charge your credit card. Please check that it has sufficient funds and or a new card was issued.
If you were a previous OneNews subscriber you will need to add a credit card to your account.
HOW DO I ADD/UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Under the Change Your Credit Card Details section, type in your new credit card details and click ‘Save’.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to process payment.
I UPDATED MY CREDIT CARD, WHY DOES IT STILL SAY UNPAID?
Processing the new card may take up to 24 hours to complete, then your status is updated if payment is successful.

HOW DO I REMOVE A USER?
Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Under the My Users section, click the X next to the user you wish to remove. A dialogue box will ask "Are you sure you want to delete this user?" Click OK.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION/ACCOUNT?
Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’ which is located below the My Details section. A dialogue box will ask you to confirm the cancellation. Your account page will remain accessible for 30 days after the end of your subscription period.
HOW DO I RESTART MY SUBSCRIPTION AFTER CANCELLING?
After cancelling, you can restart your subscription up to 30 days after the end of your subscription period. Sign-in and click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Click on ‘Restart Subscription’ which is located in the My Details section. Your payment method will be charged immediately at the rate of your previous subscription plan.
WHEN IS MY NEXT PAYMENT DUE?
Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. You will find your next payment date listed under the Subscription Details section. Subscriptions are billed monthly.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE?
Invoices are sent out 10-14 days after payment is made.
HOW DO I SUBMIT AN EVENT?
Click the COMMUNITY tab. In the Events section, click ‘View All’. Then click the ‘Submit an event’ button. Fill out the form and submit.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY LISTING GOES LIVE?
Your listing will go live within 24 hours of submission.
HOW DO I EDIT OR REMOVE A LISTING?
WHAT TYPE OF IMAGE CAN I UPLOAD WITH MY LISTING?
The image must be a .JPG or .PNG file. (PDFs & TIFFs are not supported.)
Logos should be uploaded as square images in order to appear correctly.
WHAT DOES MY FREE TRIAL INCLUDE?
All the features of Frank News free for 14 days.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will not be charged during the free trial period. After 14 days, your credit card will be charged for your chosen subscription unless you cancel not less than two days before the end of the free period. Subscriptions are billed monthly.
CAN I CANCEL MY FREE TRIAL AT ANY TIME?
You may cancel without obligation up to two days before the end of your 14-day trial period.
WHEN DOES MY FREE TRIAL END?
The last day of your free trial is the day before the 'Next payment’ date shown on the My Account page.
